Step 1: Before washing your hair, apply a few drops of the oil onto your hands and massage it deep into your roots. Allow it to rest one or two hours to thoroughly moisturise the scalp and reduce flaking.
Step 2: Wash your hair properly and you will immediately feel the difference.
Skin care:
Step 1: For dry skin, irritation, cellulite or stretch marks, apply the oil and massage it in circular motion until it has deeply penetrated the skin. Some people enjoy adding a little oil when dry brushing.
Step 2: Gently wipe the area of application with a clean cotton towel or wash with cold water. You will immediately notice how smooth your skin becomes.
