UK Delivery

We ship directly from the UK. When you place an order, it usually ships out by the following business day. Thereafter, it should take 1 or two working days to arrive. We usually use Royal Mail to deliver our packages. Should there be a delay or a problem with your order, we will contact you immediately.

UK Standard Delivery: We offer the shipping cost for all orders to be delivered to an address within UK mainland. 

UK Fast delivery: £3.99

UK Next day delivery: £5.49

Guaranteed next day delivery (for next working day) is subject to your order being received by 1 pm on a working day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following working day. Please note that Guaranteed Delivery will require a signature when it is delivered, so please ensure there will be someone available to sign for the parcel.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose one of the above shipping options for your items. Your total shipping & handling charges will be automatically calculated during checkout. Orders are shipped on business days only; these are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

International deliveries

We ship to Europe and internationally all our products. Our delivery options in the check out area should automatically give you appropriate delivery options and corresponding shipping costs.

If you would like to place a consequent order for delivery outside the UK and EU, then please enquire about our International Delivery Service at and be advised on shipping costs.

If your delivery address is within the United Kingdom, no additional taxes will be charged to you. If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country.

Please note that when shipping goods to outside the United Kingdom, cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Returns and Refunds

Only products purchased on the website can be returned to Apothecary Essentials for a refund or an exchange. Products purchased in a department store, speciality retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original place of purchase.
Should you make an error when ordering online, Apothecary Essentials will gladly exchange your Product for the Product you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
In the event that you react to a product, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it.
All Products must be returned to: Apothecary Essentials, 1001 Remedies c/o Tarlu Ltd., 11 Allens Lane, Poole, Dorset, BH16 5DA, United Kingdom.

You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the Products back to Apothecary Essentials. 
Should a Product be damaged while it is being shipped to you, Apothecary Essentials will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be refunded in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent Products and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.
In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt for Apothecary Essentials to process any refund or exchange. Please email to in advance of your intention to return or exchange a Product, so that Apothecary Essentials staff can assist you with a smooth transaction.
Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Apothecary Essentials. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.
We will do our best to process returns within 15 working days of receipt and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.
